Each year, the leading graduate employers of the nation come together at the M100 Awards Night to celebrate the results of the Malaysia's 100 Leading Graduate Employers. All in all, the gala awards ceremony recognises the most outstanding graduate recruiters in the country via The Overall Awards as well as those who stand out within key industry sectors via The Sector Awards.
Malaysia's 100 Survey
The Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers ranking is formed by student votes from universities across the country, as gathered via the annual M100 Survey. It is the largest and longest-running study on graduate recruitment trends in Malaysia.
Each year, the M100 Survey is completed by thousands of Malaysian students and recent graduates across dozens of campuses, giving them the opportunity to share their needs and wants in their first jobs.
Malaysia's 100 Magazine
The annual Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers publication showcases the finalists and winners of the awards night each year, plus detailed findings of the M100 Survey. Featuring the full Overall and Sector rankings, detailed analyses on graduate recruitment trends split by industry sector, plus tips from recruiters for graduates, the print publication also contains company listings of Malaysia's most outstanding graduate recruiters for the benefit of Malaysian students and graduates.

Malaysia's 100 Challenge
M100 Challenge pits pre-screened teams of students against physical and mental challenges prepared by some of Malaysia's most outstanding graduate recruiters. The series of challenges, which take place across key campus grounds across the country, give graduate recruiters the chance to assess students' teamwork, leadership and other soft skills. On the other hand, students get the opportunity to impress their employers of choice in a unique and fun way.
